佳木斯大学毕业论文 学 院 信息电子技术 专 业 通信工程 佳 木 斯 大 学 20年6月日 摘 要 为了实现交通系统的智能化，缓解局部街道车辆拥堵等问题，对原有交通灯控制系统进行改进，设计了一种新型交通信号灯控制系统。该控制系统由交通控制系统，车辆监控系统，自动报警系统，等部分组成。控制系统采用模糊控制技术，可对交通进行自适应性调节。监控系统采用车流量自动监控及识别技术，可有效检测过往车辆。报警系统采用有限状态机技术，对一部分违反交通规则的车辆进行自动报警并可以手动强制进入突发事件处理状态暂停路面交通。 由于该交通信号灯控制器在设计中采用Altera公司Cyclone V系列28nmFPGA芯片，及Ti公司低功耗MSP430F5XX系列16位MCU芯片，因此在功耗控制方面性能优异。除此之外还具有安装方便，对路面破坏小，可实现无人值守，对交通进行自适应性疏导，监控判断精确等优点，符合21世纪对交通智能化的要求。 关键词： Abstract With the development of the automotive industry, car production has gradually increased the cost of the car is getting lower and lower, so owning a car is no longer a dream.
