However, there are still many problems in many companies in team building and team management, these problems not only seriously affect the overall strength of corporate team play, but also directly affect the effectiveness of corporate management and long-term development. This article first introduces the concepts , characteristics and type of team , describes the important elements of team formation, development process and composition of the team and the importance and significance of the enterprise team management; after that makes a comparative study of team management characteristics of the United States, Japan and Europe, which gives us a more comprehensive and profound understanding of modern business management models and concepts; then analysis the current status of Chinas team management, and point out many problems existing in the enterprise team management; finally according to many problems of the enterprise team management, propose some strategies and measures to strengthen the team management.
