“增效海棠美”的疗效评价及实验室研究 研究生：张丽娟 导师：王海棠教授 [ 摘 要 ] 目的：本实验依据中医辨证论治，整体观念及治疗求本的原则，通过检验黄褐斑患者治疗前后和健康对照组的血清性激素水平，同时应用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化疗法体外测定“增效海棠美”对酪氨酸酶活性的影响，旨在阐明“增效海棠美”对黄褐斑的防治机理，探讨黄褐斑的病因及发病机制。 方法：黄褐斑患者60例，随机分为黄褐斑治疗组和阳性对照组，每组30例。另取健康女性30例为健康对照组，年龄与黄褐斑治疗组比较P0.05。黄褐斑治疗组予增效海棠美胶囊，0.72g日三次口服，阳性对照组予百消丹，8g日三次口服。两组均一个月为一疗程，连续治疗两个疗程后进行疗效判定。病例组在治疗前后与健康组均进行血清性激素（E2、P、T）测定，方法为放射免疫法。同时，体外测定增效海棠美复方中药及组方中药对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。所有数据使用SPSS软件包统计，进行方差分析和t检验。 结果：黄褐斑治疗组与健康对照组比较，雌二醇（E2）和孕酮（P）水平明显增高（P0.05），雄激素（T）水平明显降低（P0.05）；黄褐斑治疗组治疗后雌二醇（F2）和孕酮（P）水平明显降低（P 0.05），雄激素（T）水平明显升高（P0.05）；而阳性对照组较治疗前无明显变化（P 0.05）。“增效海棠美”的醇提物使酪氨酸酶活性降低（P0.01），水提物使酪氨酸酶活性增高（P0.01）；而增效海棠美组方中药水提物、醇提物几乎均可降低酪氨酸酶活性。 结论：黄褐斑的发生与内分泌紊乱有关，是由于雌激素分泌异常，引起黑色素细胞代谢障碍，致使黑色素大量沉积于表皮细胞内而引起。增效海棠美之所以治疗黄褐斑有效，是有实验依据的，它具有调节内分泌和平衡激素水平，抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用。 [关键词]：增效海棠美；黄褐斑；性激素；酪氨酸酶。 The clinical study of 600 acne patient’s cure with the method of Combined Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine Yishan Zhang, Pingshan Zhang, Cosmetologist Center of E’erduosi Center Hospital Abstract: Purpose : To study the new efficient method to cure the acne .Method : We have chosen 600 outpatients ,according to different dialectical cure types ,using different treatment . In order to get the goal efficiently ,Western Medicine considers acne is the expression that is a kind of endocrine’s imbalance which created in the puberty of human body .TCM thinks acne owing to the imbalance of yin and yang of human body ,especially deficiency of the liver and the kidney .We can get the best effect in the method which combined with Western medicine and TCM ,we can give the intravenous injection if there is a serious infector ,chronic easy relapse one can use the TCM to cure ,the combination effect is quite good .Medical cosmetology ,which is the most important segment of curing acne ,but we must do the no germ operation .Clean the fat completely ,pour ultrasonic wave into Acne I and Ginkgo II . Result : The cure time became short of these
