Shengjiyuhong Gel was selected to explore its extracting process, qulity standards, tentative stability and pharmacology. Methods : The extraction condition of collagen polypeptide from collagen were established with the extraction transfer rate of it by orthogonality test; The extraction and purification condition of Radix Angelica Sinensis and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were established with the anointed rate and total flavonoids by orthogonality test; The extraction condition of Lithosper -mum erythrorhizon and Angelica dahurica were established with the extraction transfer rate of Shikonin and Imperatorin by orthogonality test;The preparation process was established with the shaping、munite quality and stability of the gel; Dracorhodin and Hydroxyproline were measured respectively by HPLC; And stability experiments and the study of the stimulus experiments and healing skin injuries on rats were carried out.Results: collagen polypeptide was zymolysised at 45℃ for 6h, with the dosage of trypsin was 8% of the weight of collagen,80 times NaOH solution(pH=8); Radix Angelica Sinensis and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were extracted and refined by water and deposited by alcohol, Water extraction twice (10times，8times) ,1h each time; Lithospermum erythrorhizon and Angelica dahurica were extracted and refined by water 80%alcohol twice(8times，6times) ,1h each time; though experiment research, Carbomer-980NF was optimized as excipient,the concen -tration of Carbomer-980NF is 2%,the proportion of glycerol was 5%,polysor -bate-80 was 1%; The method of TLC and HPLC were reasonable and con
