“备”则“倍” 有准备、有规划的人生更精彩! * * The PCoIP display protocol is adaptable to the available network conditions. This example illustrated the progressive build to lossless capabilities of the protocol. Whit this capability end-users enjoy top performance regardless of network conditions and without sacrificing image quality While the image is being built from low resolution to high resolution the desktop still remains responsive Should the user move away from the image (no longer appears on the screen) while it is being built the protocol will stop the build to lossless process and will not send any more image data. This slide has 3 builds to illustrate a progressive build example With this capability PCoIP will send just enough data over the network for the image to be useful. Over time the protocol will send more data until a full resolution image has been rendered. The progressive build capability applies in low bandwidth, high latency scenarios The progressive build process (from Low resolution to Full resolution) in general takes a few milliseconds to a max of 4 seconds. This will depend on network conditions. Step 1 – Low resolution When an end-user first visits a website with images the PCoIP protocol send just enough pixels for the image to be recognizable This enables the protocol to quickly render a “productive” image even in less than desirable network conditions Note the text in this scenario is high resolution and does not need to improve over time If the end-user scrolls the page beyond the image or goes to another page the PCoIP protocol will not send over any more pixels for that image and therefore will not use up any additional bandwidth If the end-user remains on that page with the image viable then we move to step 2 Step 2 – Medium resolution Assuming the image remains visible the PCoIP protocol will send additional pixels to continue to build up the resolution of the image Notice how the image is beginning to get crisper as the resolution incre
