The external review re-visited all outputs of the internal review, compared these with observations from visits to Prolinnova partners in Nepal, Cambodia, and (indirectly) Uganda, and analysed and discussed findings with PROLINNOVA partners during their annual meeting, held in March 2006 in Cambodia. The PROLINNOVA programme is characterised by its multi-stakeholder and multi-country nature with a consistent effort to add value to ongoing initiatives, utilising as far as possible the diverse and complementary contributions of its partners.
