However,106 new members join GY through the effort of HR, remaining the demission rate about 12.6%. ● 2013年的招聘渠道主要为现场招聘及网上招聘，前者是针对基层人员，后者是在广西人才网、中华英才网发布招聘信息，主要针办管理技术人员。 We use the two chanels of on-site recruiting and internet, the former is applicable to worrkers,and the latter is to technicists and administrators in 2013. ● 2013年共组织举办255次课程，参加人次为3959人次，人均65课时，人均培训成本USD70美元,在人均预算90美元的范围内。 We finished 255 times training development activities in 2013, which reaches 3959 person-time and 65 hours in average, spending $ 70 each.within the budget of $ 70 . * ● 2013年对符合年度绩效考核的219人以10%S-15%A-50%B-15%C-10%D进行考核,解聘了其中20人。According to the force ranking system, we implemented the 2013 performance appraisal for 219 staff who is qualified , and 19 persons were dismissed. ● 建立健全安全生产管理制度，每季度进行专项检查，举行消防演习3次，参加达720人次，全年未发生重大安全生产。 We are proud that no serious accident occurs during the past year of 2013. Because we continue to set up and improve the responsibility system of safe production, and conducted special inspection each quater , and fire drill three times which more than 720 staff attended. ● 在环保方面，我们的危废处理工作上了一个大的台阶，管理加强了、规范了。在废料回收方面，我们进行了公开的招标工作，综合价格提升约8%。Inenvironmental protection , we made great progress for standardizing the management system .
