NLCTA EMI-EMHPEquipment Lockout Procedure 1 Purpose of Procedure This ELP allows for the removal and reinstallation of Electronic Measurements Inc. (EMI) model series EMHP floor-mounted power supplies. 2 General Information Power supplies ranging in size between 20kW and 60kW are used to power solenoid and bend magnets within the NLCTA Accelerator Enclosure in End Station B. The equipment owners and custodians is the Test Facilities Department in PPA / ARD. All work on equipment within the end station is subject to the work authorization process for the NLCTA. 3 Document Information 3.1 Background This document is owned by the PPA/ARD/Test Facilities Department. This document is jointly authorized by the PPA/ARD/Test Facilities Department and the ETS/Power Conversions Department.
