东北财经大学本科毕业论文 姓 名 刘霜 专 业 工商管理 学 号 0911001252705 入学时间 09年9月 指导教师 白静 日 期 成 绩 内容摘要 21世纪的特征是数字化、网络化和信息化，它是一个以数据库技术为核心的信息时代。而随着信息技术的发展，航空售票业也成为一个高度依赖信息业的行业。信息技术的飞速发展不仅使航空售票工作者逐渐摆脱了繁重的手工劳动、提高了工作效率，而且推着航空事业向现代化管理迈进。现代化的航空售票也有现代化的管理系统。民航售票管理系统分为民航管理系统和民航售票系统。其中民航管理系统又分为会员注册管理、管理员后台管理，留言管理以及各个功能子模块。民航售票系统分为航班查询管理，网上订票管理，网上退票管理以及各个功能子模块。主要为一个民航公司的售票管理提供了强有力的保证，大大提高了工作人员的工作效率，减少了成本的投入，降低了认为出错的机率。 关键词：管理；售票；数据  Abstract Keywords: 21st century is characterized by digital, networking and information technology, it is a database technology as the core of the information age.
