Training Program for Master Degree of Business Administration as First Level Discipline (Discipline code: 1202 Master Degree of Business Administration conferred) ? ⅠTraining Target In order to meet the need of China’s socialist construction and cultivate comprehensive qualified talents (including virtue, intelligence, sports and aesthetics) with high-level professional skills, our school master degree students (postgraduates?for?short?hereinafter)?are crequired to do the following: 1. Adhere to the Chinese Communist Party’s basic line, study earnestly and master Marxism, Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory, comprehend the essence of “the three represents theory”, support the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, have a deep love for the socialist motherland, observe disciplines and abide by the law, and have a good character and an excellent cooperation ability and actively serve the socialist modernization construction. 2. In the business management field, postgraduates should master fundamental theories and systematic and professional knowledge, be familiar with the development trend of the business management field, and have the innovation ability and the potentials to do scientific research, teaching work or professional technical work independently. They should master a foreign language and use it to read publications in this field. 3. Physical and mental health. Ⅱ Discipline research orientations Master Degree of Business Administration aims to cultivate high-level talents with deep theoretical attainments and profound practical insights in the field of business management. Graduates with a Master Degree of Business Administration should have a comprehensive and profound understanding in business management, and can apply the theory of business administration to the national economic construction, especially the power industry and the enterprises’ urgent problems in economic management, develop the fruitful researches in technical and economic e
