和软件设计方案。 通过仿真和实验研究,对本文提出的双机械端口电机控制策略及整车中控制目标 的实现进行了验证和总结,并对双向 DC/DC 变换器的工作原理,传输功率以及控制 策略进行了验证。 本文最后针对双机械端口电机的新技术和新问题进行了研讨,提出了改进型的结 构——无刷双机械端口电机,介绍了其工作原理以及结构形式。在对电机耦合数学模 型研究的基础上,提出一种基于坐标变换策略的双机械端口电机解耦控制策略,并对 其进行了理论上的分析和验证。 关键词:电无级变速器,双同步坐标系,数学模型,控制系统,弱磁控制, 双向 DC/DC 变换器,无刷双机械端口电机,解耦控制 II Abstract As the energy problem getting more and more serious and the calling of energy saving and lower consumption is becoming stronger and stronger day after day, the research of electrical vehicle is a worldwide hot spot in nowadays. As a transition solution, hybrid electrical vehicle has got the fundamentals and marketing condition to be commercialized. It has become a very important research area. Electrical variable transmission is a newly developed hybrid vehicle transmission system. With its special advantages, it has attracted worldwide concentration. This paper mainly works on the mathematical model, control strategy, control system, additional system such as bidirectional DC/DC converter, system cooperation relationship of electrical variable transmission and the dual rotor machine which is the kernel of it. As the fundamental of later analyze such as the mathematical model and control strategy, a dual synchronous coordinate is built. Considering an ideal machine, the voltage equation, flux equation, electro-magnetic torque expression and motional equation in both static coordinate and dual synchronous coordinate are given out. The detailed inductance calculation and coordinate transformation are carried out, as well. For transient analyze, the state equation model is given.
