SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业论文 道路交通安全审计的指标体系研究 学 院：交通与车辆工程学院 专 业： 交通运输 学生姓名： 学 号： 1122021076 指导教师： 2013年6月 摘 要 本文从道路交通安全审计的角度出发，提出了一套科学合理的道路交通安全审计的指标体系，以更加准确、完整、系统的评价道路交通安全审计的发展现状，及时找出在审计中存在的问题，并由此进一步改进。通过这次毕业论文的研究与撰写，首先要得出符合实际的审计指标体系，其次要学会怎样独立地分析问题，解决问题。锻炼自己查阅资料，独立思考，与人交流，运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力。 本文的基本思路是：首先制定选取指标的方法及原则，初选审计指标集。然后对所选取的指标进行相关性分析，对独立性较差，相似度较高的指标进行调整合并，以起到简化指标体系的目的。接着运用层次分析法分别确定各指标权重，组合构建起针对张店区的交通安全审计指标体系。最后进行交通安全的审计实践，以检验所建立的指标体系是否合理。 关键词：交通安全审计、指标体系、相关性分析、层次分析法 Abstract From the perspective of road safety audit, this paper puts forward a set of scientific and reasonable index system of road traffic safety audit, in order to be more an accurate complete system of evaluation of road traffic safety auditing development present situation, timely find out the problems existing in the audit, and thus further improvement. Through this thesis research and writing, must first come to accord with the actual audit index system, second to learn how to analyze problems independently, solve the problem, exercise their data access to think independently, communicate with people, ability to use knowledge to solve practical problems. The basic idea of this paper is： first, to develop methods and principles of selecting indicators, primary auditing indicator set and correlation analysis was carried out on the selected indicators, the poor independence, high similarity index adjusted consolidated, with the purpose of simplify the index system and then use analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight respectively, combination build up against is traffic safety audit index system finally traffic safety audit practice, in order to institute to establish the index system is reasonable.
