In 2008, the tran sform ation of ’village s in citie s’w ill have great influence on hou se m arket of Kunm ing; the condition of supp ly and dem and of hou sing m arket is not so p rom ising and the p rice of hou se s w ill fluctuate around the p re sen t p rice s; the land develop ers w ill be very cau tiou s and app ly p ruden t sm all - scale m arketing w ith low p rice w ith sligh t rising, m any con sum ersw ill keep their money and wait
