中文摘要 改革开放以来，我国城市化进程不断加快，经济发展突飞猛进，人们的生活水平有了非常明显的改善，在追求物质生活满足的同时，人们对精神生活领域的要求也日益增强，对公共文化领域表现出极大的热情与活力。然而当前人们对于社区、社区公共文化认识还不够充分，本文试图通过借鉴社区及社区公共文化的含义与内涵，以及对国内社区公共文化发展状况的综述，从而找出江苏城市社区公共文化发展中的问题，比如社区管理干部思想认识水平不高、公共文化设施匮乏、资金投入不足、社区居民参与性不强等等。通过借鉴国内其他发达地区先进的社区公共文化建设经验，总结出一套适合江苏的城市社区公共文化发展的路子，从而解决江苏城市社区公共文化发展中的问题，这是本文的重点。通过发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，找到了解决江苏城市社区公共文化发展的对策，当然这些对策还有不足之处，但仍希望对江苏城市社区公共文化发展有所启示，进而推动江苏精神文明的进程。 关键词：社区 公共文化 解决途径 Abstract After the reforming and opening-up, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the process of urbanization is increasing faster and peoples requirement in mental life is stronger day by day, so they showed huge enthusiasm and vitality to the area of public culture. However, now peoples comprehension of community、community public culture is not deep enough, this article attempts to draw on the definition of community , community public culture and the situation about the development of public culture in Jiangsu province, then to sum up the problems in the development of community public culture in cities of Jiangsu province, such as cadres low ideological level, public culture infrastructure constructions deficiency, the insufficient in money input, the lack of resident participation, and so on. By drawing on domestic communities, the advanced experience of the public culture construction, to create their own communities mode of operation of public culture , as well as find solutions to community public culture in Jiangsu province, this is the key part of this article. Through the questions, analyse problems, solve problems, so that we can find a way to solve the problems in community public culture in cities of Jiangsu province. Obviously, these solutions are not perfect ,but also can provide some new ideas for community public culture.
