湖南农村雷电灾害防御研究 韩君 摘 要 雷电自然灾害，一旦发生就带来非常严重的损失生命和财产。近些年来，我国经济得到了迅速的发展，城市地区的防雷技术得到了有效的提高，但是对于经济发展比较落后的农村地区来说，湖南省位于长江中下游地区，受地形和气候环境的影响，雷电发生的概率非常高，再加上农村地区防雷工作不到位，农民防雷意识和观念比较匮乏，在雷电天气发生时不能够采取正确的防雷措施，给农村民的生活和生产带来了较大的损失，因此必须加强农村地区防雷减灾工作。 本文的现状，存在的问题以及可以采取的改进。首先介绍了论文研究的背景和意义，以及其次论文阐述了湖南农村地区雷电灾害的类型以及危害雷电灾害发生的主要原因最后总结了湖南雷电灾害管理中存在的问题和可以采取的改进策略。 ：农村地区；雷电灾害；防御策略 Abstract Lightning disaster is a kind of natural disasters,severe losses to peoples life and property in the event. In recent years, economy is rapid development in our country, the urban areas of the lightning protection technology has been effectively improved, but the lightning protection work is also very poor in economy undevelopment rural areas, cant keep up with the pace of rural development, lead to all sorts of lightning disasters occur frequently. In hunan province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river region, lightning occurrence probability is very high due to the influence of terrain and climate environment, also farmers lack of lightning protection they can not reach the designated position in lightning, consciousness and the concept of comparison, they cant take correct lightning protection measures in lightning weather, all of this brought great losses to the livelihood and production to the rural people, so we must strengthen the lightning protection and disaster mitigation work in rural areas.
