大连交通大学信息工程学院 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 题 目 流动人口社会福利问题研究—以XX为例 学生姓名 王佳琦 专业班级劳动与社会保障09-2班 指导教师 于秀芝 职 称 教授 所在单位 管理工程系社会工作教研室 教研室主任 刘媛媛 完成日期 2013 年 6月21日 摘 要 本文对外来流动人口就业和社会保障的实证分析得出，城市劳动力部分就业岗位与农村劳动力的非重合性、互补性，是城乡劳动力替代的基础。外来流动人口年龄构成轻，增加了城市社会保障资源，在一定程度上缓解了城市社会保障压力。农村大量轻壮年劳动力流出，加剧了农村老龄化程度，农村老年人口与子女生活空间距离的拉大，使家庭保障功能逐步弱化，需要求助现代保障形式。流动人口所遇到的风险主要是一种与市场经济和工业化相适应的现代风险，他们从业风险大于城乡居民就地就业风险，因此，人口流动使城乡保障功能不足显性化，同时诱发了新的保障需求。流动人口逐渐摆脱依靠土地获取收益的单一渠道，收入水平一般也高于流出地的农村居民实际收入，部分收入的回流和流出者返乡，增加了农村保障资源，有助于农村社会保障制度的建立和完善。 关键词： 流动人口 社会福利 保障 ABSTRACT Floating population age composition of the light, the urban social security resources, and to some extent alleviate the pressure of urban social security.
