中国农学通报 2011,27(02):304-309 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 福鼎白茶产业发展前景分析 1 1 2 杨双旭 ，江用文 ，许咏梅 1 2 （中国农业科学院茶叶研究所，杭州310008 ；浙江工商大学，杭州310018） 摘 要：福建省福鼎市素有“中国白茶之乡”之称，白茶生产已有200 多年的历史。以福鼎市为主要研究 对象，对福鼎白茶产业的现状和存在问题进行分析，为福鼎白茶产业更好更快的发展提供依据。研究结 果表明：福鼎白茶产品种类较为单一，不能满足市场需求；企业研发能力有限，技术瓶颈制约生产；茶农 分散经营，不利于产业分工。应充分利用其环境优越、品种资源优异、政府政策和资金支持等优势，提升 茶业组织化程度，加大白茶新产品的开发力度，建立健全茶叶企业融资保障体系和白茶质量标准体系， 促进茶叶企业稳步发展。 关键词：白茶产业；问题；对策 中图分类号：S571.1；F326.12 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2010-0661 ProspectAnalysisofFudingWhiteTeaindustry 1 1 2 Yang Shuangxu , Jiang Yongwen , Xu Yongmei 1 （TeaResearchInstituteoftheChineseAcademyofAgriculturalSciences, Hangzhou 310008； 2ZhejiangGongshangUniversity, Hangzhou 310018） Abstract:The production of white tea commenced in Fuding county, Fujian province, China around 200 years, hence Fuding is regarded as the hometown of Chinese white tea. Since that time, its production had undergone various improvements and spread to more places in Fujian. In this paper, we carried out a survey to determine the extent of growth and development of Fuding tea industry. From the result, we found that single white tea product categories could not meet the market demands, and enterprises were weak in research and innovation capabilities.
