For the old hoist braking the appropriate comparison is done using electro-hydraulic valve and proportional valve control to make the analysis. Because of hoist braking system, very strict security requirements, maintenance, and braking system fails, will have serious consequences, so the design for hoist braking systems matching protectors with good performance. As science and technology of development, upgrade mechanism dynamic system also has has larger of changes, by block gate brake evolution into gate disc brake, from past by using of electric liquid valve brake change for modern technology by used of proportion valve brake, used proportion valve control brake has many benefits, and proportion zoom Manager tie, with signals implementation on flow, and pressure and flows of control, can for far distance control, constitute automatic control system, both can open ring control, also can closed ring control. Control principle of its simple, high control precision, strong anti-pollution capacity, affordable, receive widespread attention, making the technologies have developed rapidly. This design is the selection of TP series brake disc brake, it will provide a smooth friction force of the uniform and the good parts interchangeability, and electrical and hydraulic control systems, can make large electromechanical equipment maintain smooth deceleration parking, this widely application of brake in mine.
