Automated Tape-Laying Technology is mainly applicable for a variety of aerospaces large size, small-curvature parts manufacturing, it is the fastest and the most effective growing automated manufacturing technology in recent years.CAD/CAM software technology of Automated Tape-Laying is the key technology in automation technology. At present, CAD/CAM software technology in overseas was quite already mature, like FiberSIM CEE and TAPELAY. However, the research of CAD/CAM software technology is very few at home. Base on the existing ten-axis automated tape layer, research and analysis the CAM software technology of automated tape layer, the main research work and the achievement are as follows: (1) Research on the existing ten-axis automated tape layer, establish configuration mathematic model by D-H ,analyse and solves the kinematic problems of automated tape layer . (2) Know the principle of automated tape layer, Analysis the delivering and cutting system of prepreg tapes, Calculate the movement’s key point which include layup roller、cutter and so on. (3) Base on Numerical Control, Setting Numerical Control Code about automated tape layer, for example, G code、M code and so on. (4) Research on the collision and interference of automated tape layer, The inspection method to the collision and interference during the placement course is studied and r
