企业国际经营中跨文化冲突的 表现影响及解决方法 摘要 企业国际经营中的跨文化冲突是企业国际经营中经常遇到的一个问题，特别是大中型的跨国企业或公司。企业国际经营中的文化冲突有基本的区域文化差异和核心的企业的知识产权等深层次矛盾冲突。而且企业的文化战争是企业之间竞争的一个重要方面，并且企业的文化渗透更是一个值得重视的问题，因为这不仅关系到局部的企业 ，更关系到一个国家和民族的命运。所以在此本文就企业国际经营中跨文化冲突问题进行了研究和分析，讲述了跨文化冲突的的表现及产生这些问题的原因，接下来就是说明了这些跨文化冲突的的表现对企业跨国经营所产生的重要影响，最后则是针对这些问题提出了一些解决的方法和建议。 [关键词] 企业国际经营 跨文化冲突 文化渗透 ABSTRACT International business enterprise of cross-cultural conflict is often meet international business enterprise of a problem, especially large multinational companies or companies.
