中文摘要 国际贸易的快速发展带动了国内银行国际结算业务量的持续增长和进出口企业对贸易融资需求的大幅提高，传统的贸易融资产品已远远不能满足外贸企业的融资需求和银行贸易融资业务竞争的需要。长期以来我国的贸易融资产品单一，且多适用于信用证结算方式。贸易融资产品形式单一既严重制约了我国贸易融资业务的发展, 又不能满足客户日益增长的融资需求。面对巨大的市场潜力和激烈的市场竞争，国内各家银行开始加快融资产品创新步伐，借鉴国际上通行的贸易融资形式，推出贸易融资新产品或对原有产品进行改造和创新，国际贸易融资呈现出新的特点和发展趋势。 该论文在写作过程中，主要运用了案例分析和统计图表分析相结合的方法对我国商业银行国际贸易融资创新进行了探讨。并通过从宏观的角度分析我国国际贸易融资的整体环境，从微观的角度对我国商业银行国际贸易融资创新进行分析，试图找出当前制约我国商业银行国际贸易融资创新发展的原因。 以往的对国际贸易融资探讨主要是在理论的层面，而该论文将理论与实践紧密的结合，从宏观及微观两个方面、综合运用金融、经济、管理等方面的理论和演绎法，探讨如何为我国国际贸易融资创新积极创造条件并在学习西方创新成果的基础上赋予其新的内涵。 关键词：国际贸易融资；国际保理；福费廷 ABSTRACT The rapid development of international trade drive the sustained growth of international settlement in the domestic bank, and greatly stimulated the demand of the import-export enterprise for financing products of international trade, so traditional financing products of international trade have not satisfied the demand of foreign trade enterprises and need of bank’s competition. In our international trade, the variety of financing products is unitary, and it mainly applied to L/C settlement method. The unitary variety of financing products greatly restricted the development of financing business of international trade, but also cannot satisfy the ever-increasing financing demand of customers. Facing with the enormous potential market and fierce competition, domestic banks began to quicken the products innovation steps. Learned from the internationally accepted financing methods of international trade, they launched new financing products, the financing business of international trade exhibits new characteristic and trend. The methods used in this paper are case and statistical charts analysis. In the paper trying to find out the reasons which constrain current the financing innovation through compare with the other countries’ situation and the history of our country’s situation.
