Study on Xian bus lines Number Reform A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Liu bo Supervisor：Prof. Xiao Runmou Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 2009 年，随着国务院《关中―天水经济区发展规划》的发布，西安也被明确赋予‘国 际化大都市’的建设目标，而在此过程中，随着西安经济的发展以及自身拥有的众多旅 游资源，无疑会吸引大量工作学习人群及大批国内外游客，但目前西安市区的公交编序 设置不尽合理，会对不熟悉西安公交线路的本地居民和游客造成不便，因此需根据西安 自身的城市及公交特点对其进行改进。 本文通过对西安市公共交通及线路编序发展历史和现状的探讨，依据西安市城市功 能布局，结合数次城市总体发展规划的变迁，参考首尔市和厦门市的公交编序改革，将 西安市区分为 10 个公交区域。并根据各线路的长度、配车数、车型等特点，对西安市 的公交编序设定统一的命名原则，以公交线路编序直接反映线路走向。同时依据此原则 对目前的西安市区公交线路重新编序，提出改进方案。此外由于编序改革涉及公交站牌 的改变，加之目前西安市公交的站牌设置存在一定问题，论文通过对西安市公交站牌现 状进行分析，一并提出站牌改进意见。 关键词：交通运输、城市公共交通、公交线路编序、公交站牌、改革方案 i Abstract As the “Guanzhong - Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan” issued by the State Council, the construction goal that made Xi ’an became internationalization metropolis was clearly determined. For the development of economy and the abundant tourism resources, it would attract a lot of workers, learners and tourists at home and abroad in this construction process. But the current set of City Bus Numbers in Xi’an was rational, which resulted to the inconvenience for local residents and tourists who were not familiar with Xi’an bus lines. So it’s needed to improve the set of City Bus Numbers according to the characteristics of the city and the public transport. This paper treated of the development history and current situation of public transportation and its line Number, and divided Xi’an into 10 bus area based on the function of the city layout, which also combined several times changes of the citys overall development plan and referred to bus Numbers reform in Seoul and Amoy.
