Applied technology study on the lower surface course of ATB-30 in highway A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Wang Feng Supervisor：Prof.Peng Bo Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 大粒径沥青稳定碎石混合料具有良好的防止反射裂缝和抗车辙能力，主要用于沥青 路面结构的基层，国内对大粒径沥青混合料应用于沥青路面下面层的研究尚处于初步阶 段，本论文对沥青稳定碎石混合料（ATB-30 ）应用于沥青路面下面层的技术进行了详细 的研究。 本论文分析研究了沥青混合料的结构特性、强度形成机理，针对某高速公路，提出 了ATB-30 原材料的技术性能要求，采用大型马歇尔试验法对ATB-30 进行配合比设计， 并对所选级配对应的沥青混合料，进行车辙试验以及水稳定性试验等。通过分析比较， 提出了ATB-30 下面层综合性能最优的生产配合比结果，以《公路沥青路面施工技术规 范》（JTG F40-2004 ）为依据，从施工准备、沥青混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压以 及接缝处理等方面对大粒径沥青稳定碎石（ATB-30 ）下面层的施工技术进行了研究,提 出了沥青稳定碎石混合料下面层的施工技术方案以及施工质量控制体系。 关键词：大粒径、沥青稳定碎石、配合比设计、施工工艺 I 万方数据 Abstract Large-stone asphalt macadam mixture has good stability to prevent reflective cracking and rutting resistance, mainly used for asphalt pavement base structure. Domestic research on large-stone asphalt mixture used in asphalt pavement of the below layer is still at a preliminary stage.
