丫586453 摘要 光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪是一种非常重要的光纤无源器件，现在被广 泛应用于光纤通信及传感领域，如光纤光开关、光纤滤波器、光纤调制器、 波分复用器、光纤传感器等。尽管当前有很多光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的 文章及相关产品的报道，但真正制作出的可见光的光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉 仪却没有，本课题主要是研制空间可见光的光纤Mach-Zehnde:干涉仪。本 文首先介绍了课题的目的和意义及国内外研究的现状:为了解决光祸合功 率的问题，在第二章详细介绍了光纤的祸合方法:根据实际的实验，在第 三章至第五章对空间可见光的光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪各部分结构进行 介绍;第六章对2X2光纤Mach-Zehnde:干涉仪的输出谱、空间千涉场进 行了理论推导，理论结果与实验现象符合较好。第七章根据实际研制的光 纤Mach-Zehnder空间干涉仪对千涉系统结构及各部分功能进行介绍，并详 细介绍了调试方法;最后在第八章得出结论，虽然空间可见光的光纤 Mach-Zehnder干涉仪已经得到，但其在稳定性上还存在一定问题，有待进 一步研究。 关键词:光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪、祸合器、偏振控制器、压电陶瓷、光 开关、滤波器、波分复用器 未经作青、勺师问总 勿全文公布 Abstract OpticalfiberMach-Zehnderinterferometerisanimportantpassivedevice.
