二价铁离子对气田含醇污水腐蚀性的影响研究 摘 要：天然气开采中，不可避免会产生气田含醇污水，这种污水不仅对人类环境会产生巨大危害，而且会使管线及设备严重腐蚀结垢，其腐蚀性不容忽略。本论文针对长庆气田含醇污水的水质状况，系统研究了二价铁离子在不同温度和pH值条件下对气田含醇污水腐蚀性的贡献率。室内静态模拟挂片法表明：①无论是在酸性条件，碱性条件还是中性条件，气田含醇污水的平均腐蚀速率均随着二价铁离子浓度的增加而减少；②一定温度范围内，气田含醇污水的平均腐蚀速率随着温度的升高而增加；③在酸性、中性和碱性条件下，气田含醇污水的平均腐蚀速率分别为：0.0419mm/a，0.0675mm/a，和0.0298mm/a。 关键词：气田含醇污水；腐蚀性；二价铁离子；平均腐蚀速率 Research about the nfluence of Fe2+ on the Causticity of Gas-field Sewage Containing Alcohol Abstract：In the gas extraction, the existence of gas-field containing wood alcohol is certainly unavoidable, which will not only have a huge harm to the human environment, but also cause the pipeline and the equipment to suffer serious corrosion and scaling. As a result, we shouldn’t ignore the causticity of the sewage. In this article, directed toward the water quality of the sewage from Changqing gas field, we studied the contribution rate of Fe2+ to gas-field wastewater containing wood alcohol at different temperatures and pH values deeply. The indoor static simulation lacing film law indicated that: ①Regardless in the acidic condition, the alkalinity condition or the neutral condition, the average corrosion rate of gas-field wastewater containing wood alcohol increases when the Fe2+ concentration reduces; ②In a certain temperature range, the average corrosion rate of gas-field wastewater containing wood alcohol increases as the temperature increases; ③The average corrosion rates of gas-field wastewater containing wood alcohol are: 0.0419mm/a, 0.0675mm/a, and 0.0298mm/a respectively in the acidic condition, both the alkalinity condition and the neutral condition.
