《管子·版法解》篇对中国会计文化的贡献 《GuanZi’s Banfajie》Economic theory to Chinese accounting culture 徐汉峰 Xu Hanfeng 湖北职业技术学院财经学院（湖北孝感432000） Hubei Vocational Technical College， Xiaogan Hubei 432000 摘要：《管子·版法解》篇提出了凡将立事，正彼天植；审察事理，慎观终结；取人以己，成事以质；审用财，慎施报，察称量；施报不得，祸乃始昌；正法直度，罪杀不赦；倦以教之，过以纠之；不取其利，以教百姓的思想，对中国会计文化的贡献在于廉洁奉公、保护财物、审时度势、调查研究、选择方案、诚实守信、遵纪守法、财节俭用、政通人和。 Abstract: 《GuanZi’s Banfajie》claimed that the project plans should comply with the rudimental principle; examining facts and reasons, conclusion with cautious; selecting personnel as the standard, completing cases; clearly making budget ,using the fund and aud
