Laoshan Mountain Scenic Spots should be a good demonstration as the National Scenic Spot and National 5A Scenery Site. Laoshan Mountain Scenic Spots has unique tourism resources. It’s a famous Taoism mountain and belongs to mountain style scenic area, with a long history and profound culture contents. According to its characteristics, the administration bureau of Lanshan mountain Scenic Spots has designed three tour itinerary products. The administration bureau has nine Functional departments and seven Grassroots Management Departments. Laoshan Mountain Scenic Spots has established some tourist information systems, but there are still many deficiencies. Through fieldwork research and analysis of the information needs of the business sector, combining with the development strategy of the spots, tourist information system developed in this paper to design a set of business processes involving the administration bureau. The new Tourist Information Systems’ overall logical structure of Laoshan Scenic can be summarized as: ‘a basis, two platforms, a dual system protection, three centers, multiple applications’.
