维普资讯 Availableonlineatwww．sciencedirect．corn 瓣一 AgriculturalSciencesinChina 嵇 ScienceDirect July2008 2008，7(7)：831-840 SensitivitiesofPhytophthorainfestanstoMetalaxyl，Cymoxanil，and Dimethomorph ZHUGui-ning1，HUANGFu-xin，FENGLan-xiang2，QINBi-xial,YANGYu-hong2，CHENYong-huiandLU Xiu-hong InstituteofPlantProtection，GuangxiAcademyofAgriculturalSciences，Nanning530007,P．R．China InstituteofVegetableandFlowers，ChineseAcademyofAgriculturalSciences，Beijing100081，P．R．China Abstract TheisolatesofP tophthorainfestansontomatointheGuangxiZhuangAutonomousRegion，China，weredeterminedfor thesensitivitiestometalaxyl，cymoxanilanddimethomorphtogivethebasicinformationofrintegratingdiseasemanagement． Sensitivitiesweretestedbymeasuringtheradialgrowthonagarmedium amendedwithfungicide，comparedwiththe floating—leaf-diskmethod．239isolateswerecollectedrfom eighttomatogrowingareasduring2000—2006．Thetestingresults indicatedthattherfequenciesofsensitive，intemr ediate，andresistantisolatestometalaxylwere42．26，35．98，nad23．53％， respectively．Vraiationsinsensitivitiesamongstisolatesrfom differentareasordifferentyeraswereveryhighofrmetalaxy1． Allisolatesrfom TianlinandWuxuanweresensitivetometalaxyl，butthemetalaxyl—resistantisolatespredominated in Tinaynag，withtherfequencyof51．35％．TheEC50valuesofcertainisolatesfrom Tianyangwerehigherthna 500PgmL。nad theirresistancelevelswereover100000folds．Cymoxanilhasbeenusedofrneraly 10yearsinGunagxi，naddimethomorph hasbeenusedofr5-6years．However．therewasnodecreaseinsensitivityofP．infestanspopulationsandthesensitivities ofthepathogenwerenearlynormallydistributed．Hence，theirmeanEC50value[cymoxanil(0．16474-0．0255)PgmL。。， dimethomorph(0．0970-40．0052)PgmL。】couldbeuseda
