How to select and how to train the logistics analysts who can meet the times needs become problems needed to resolve of our logistics industry . This study selected logistics analysts as the research object , used methods of document analysis and behavioral event interview, extracted and purified 30 elements of the competence of the logistics analysts and then prepared questionnaire to investigate the logistics analysts according to these competence elements, did factor analysis for the logistics analysts competence through spass19.0 software, constructed the competence model of logistics analysis which meet the conditions of our country. This model includes six dimensions and fifteen competency elements, the six dimensions include achievement orientation, professional ability, interpersonal ability, driving force, personality, operations management and so on. Each dimension is supported by a number of characteristic elements.
