沈阳地铁一号线电客车司机室电加热故障的分析与措施 　　摘 要：随着地铁事业的高速发展，对地铁车辆的舒适性、可靠性和可维护性的要求越来越高。东北气候寒冷，司机室电热必不可少。对于设备维护人员来说，由于司机室内部空间狭小，要求电热设备故障率要小、可靠性要高，且要利于工作人员的维护。本篇文章通过分析沈阳地铁一号线司机室电热频繁故障的原因，确定电热整改的方案，最终实现设备的可靠性与易维护性的统一。 　　关键词：司机室；电热；可靠性；故障；整改 　　 中图分类号：U231+.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　Abstract： 　　With the rapid development of metro, of the subway vehicle comfort, reliability and maintainability of the demand is higher and higher. Northeast weather is cold, drivers cab electrothermal indispensable. For equipment maintenance workers, due to the driver indoor department the space is narrow, electric equipment failure to small request, and higher, the reliability of the maintenance staff to benefit. This article through the analysis of shenyang subway line one driver cabs electrothermal frequent the cause of the problem and determine the scheme, electric heating rectification finally realizes equipment reliability and easy maintenance unification. 　　Abstract： With the rapid development of MTR,the comfort ,eliability and maintainability of the subway cars become increasingly demanding. As the weather in northeast is cold, electric cab is essential. For maintenance personnel, because the cab interior space is small, it requires electric equipment’s failure rate in a lower level, and it’s reliability in a higher level. Besides, we hope that it be maintainability .This article analyzes the cause of cab’s frequent failure electric in Shenyang Metro Line1 ,to determine the electric rectification program, and ultimately the reliability and maintainability of unity.1 概况 　　沈阳的冬天气候寒冷，对司机来说，司机室内增设保暖设备是必不可少的。沈阳地铁一号线车辆司机室内所设的取暖设备有：司控台下电热（又称暖脚炉）、空调、侧墙电热。在沈阳地铁一号线运营前期，电热故障频发，给前期运营维护工作带来了很大不便。通过对故障原因的调查分析与验证，确定整改方案，最终取得了令人满意成果。 　　2 暖脚炉组成与工作原理 　　司机室电热主要是由外框、接线盒、横流风机、电气保护部分和电加热管等部分组成，如图1所示。工作原理：电热管接入220V的电源，通过风机将加热的空气吹入司机室来保持司机室的温度。电加热的控制电路设有两级温度保护装置：温度保护器和温度熔断器。当电热器温度超过一级保护温度时，温度保护器断开， 即当温度保护器感测当温度达到70℃时，切断电热器电源，使电热管停止工作，同时防止烧损温度熔断器。在温度保护器在感测温度降低到60℃时，电路可重新恢复工作，保证司机室的温度在一定的范围内；当电热器内的温度超过二级保护温度，即温度超过95℃时，熔断器断开，使
