论聘任制下民族高校与教师之间的法律关系 　　摘要:民族高校与教师之间的法律关系是我国高校人事制度的重要内容。无论在理论和实践中都需要理顺两者之间的关系。本文从民族高校的法律地位，聘任合同的法律性质，民族高校与教师之间发生纠纷的解决机制，共三个方面探讨两者之间的法律关系。为高校人事制度改革和顺利实施奠定了一些理论基础。 　　关键词:民族高等学校；教师；聘任制；法律关系； 　　Abstract: the legal relationship between National University and teacher is an important content of university personnel system in our country. Both in theory and practice need to straighten out the relationship between the two. In this paper, from the legal status in Universities for ethnic minorities, the legal nature of the employment contracts, dispute settlement mechanism between the national colleges
