一种好氧反硝化菌的反硝化特性研究 　　摘要：本实验主要研究了影响反硝化菌－A1菌生长及其反硝化反应的因素，包括温度、初始pH值、碳氮比和碳源，还研究了硝酸根和亚硝酸根呼吸效果的对比。经过实验证明，A1菌最适宜生长的温度是30oC左右；最适宜的初始pH值在7.0附近；当碳氮比在5～6之间时，A1菌有最好的反硝化效果；有机酸类和糖类做碳源时，A1菌生长良好，而醇类做碳源时，效果略差；A1菌亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐呼吸脱氮率都可达到90％以上，但亚硝酸根效果略好。 　　关键词：好氧反硝化菌；反硝化效果；反硝化性能 　　Abstract：This experiment mainly studies the impact of growth and denitrifying reactions of denitrifying bacteria－A1, including temperature, the initial pH value, C/N, and carbon.
