社会工作在西部地区的本土化现状和发展状况 李志东 【摘要】近年来，随着西部地区经济社会的快速发展，作为朝阳专业的社会工作在西部地区的发展也进入了一个较快的阶段，尤其是社会工作教育的发展更是走在了前面，但是在此过程中暴露出了许多的问题。作为舶来品的社会工作专业在中国的发展本来就受到了许许多多的障碍，而西部地区由于总体发展的相对落后以及传统文化的根深蒂固，所以社会工作在西部地区的发展面临着更为严峻的挑战。如何正确认识社会工作在西部地区的本土化现状对于此专业在西部地区的发展尤为关键，而在研究本土化过程中就不得不谈到与之相关的职业化、专业化和社会化的问题。我们要将外来的社会工作的内在价值理念与中国的传统文化相结合，并且立足于西部地区特殊的背景因素，发展具有本土化特色的社会工作专业，从而为西部地区的发展与稳定做出应有的贡献。 【关键词】 社会工作　　本土化　　西部地区　　专业化　　职业化　　社会化 Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of economic and social in the western region, the development of professional social work as the sun in the western region has entered a fast track., Especially the development of social work education is in the forefront, but in this process exposed many of the problems.
