摘要 随着中国汽车产业的蓬勃发展，做为汽车经销商投资汽车4S店，成为许多业内人士和跨行业投资的热点。汽车4S店投资是一个投资大，回报相对稳定的行业，致使许多投资人忽略了项目的前期论证，而为将来的经营埋下隐患。因此有必要加强和规范新建4S店项目的可行性研究，采取科学的投资决策方法，降低企业投资行为的风险。 本论文结合了可行性研究报告和项目论证的方法，结合自身的工作经验，通过对项目投资人LH集团的背景分析，提出了公司增长型的发展战略，并通过对代理品牌长安马自达的介绍，明确了项目存在的必要性。接着，分析了全国及河北经济大环境，详细介绍了全国和河北汽车市场的走势，明确了汽车行业发展的良好势态。在此基础上，本文预测了长安马自达品牌的市场前景，和本项目未来的市场容量，接下来本文又根据项目的市场容量和发达地区的先进经验，确立了投资规模，并进行了投资分析，财务评价和风险分析。依据本文的方案，该项目的建筑面积为12123平方米，总投资为5111万元。经测算，项目的投资回收期为5.01年，项目的财务净现值为10819万元，财务内部收益率为21.29%，因此项目在经济上具有较强的可行性。 本文通过理论联系实际的研究，说明了汽车4S店项目可行性研究的一般流程。能够帮助避免企业在项目投资过程中的盲目行为，做到项目定位清晰，市场调查充分，投资理性，资金预算准确。本文对LH集团的长安马自达4S店项目的开发运营具有重要的实践意义，并对其他汽车经销商投资4S店项目也具有参考意义。 关键词:可行性研究，汽车4S店，项目投资 ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of automobile industry of China,investment in 4S (Sale,Service,Sparepart,and Survey) automobile distributor has become a hotspot for many persons in and out of the industry. Investment in 4S automobile station requires large investment while has comparatively stable returns,which render many investors to ignore the preliminary demonstration lf project,thus hidden errors are placed for the future operation. Therefore, feasibility study report on the trade is incomplete, which affected the investors to judge the project in an objective manner to certain extent.It is necessary to enhance feasibility research on new 4S automobile station projects and adopt the scientific decision-making to reduce business risk.
