150 中华护理教育2007年7月第4卷第4期 导师指导与护理硕士研究生培养质量相关问题的分析 姜小鹰 张旋 肖惠敏 [摘要」 目的 研究分析护理专业导师与研究生共同关注的培养质量问题。方法 自设问卷对国内10所护理院校的导师及研 究生进行调查，主要内容包括研究生培养质量主要标准的界定，研究生教育对个人的主要作用，对导师形象以及在指导领域、指 导方式和指导频率等方面的期望等9个条目。结果 目前护理专业研究生教育最为重要的问题是重视研究生的培养质量，研究 生的实际工作能力和论文水平是研究生培养质量的主要标准，入学水平和导师指导是培养质量的主要影响因素;研究生教育期 间，导师在课题研究与申报领域方面的指导是最为重要的，可以根据不同的研究方向选择不同的指导方式。结论 确保研究生 的入学水平是提高研究生培养质量的墓础，严把导师队伍建设是提高研究生培养质量的关键，采用灵活的指导方式进行多领 域、多元化指导以提高研究生的综合素质，是护理教育质量的保证。 关〔键词〕教育，护理，研究生;护理教育研究 Studyonthecorrelativeissuesbetweenthementorsinstructionsandthepostgraduatesquality ofculture/JIANG Xiao-ying,ZHANGXuan,XIAOHui-min//ChineseJournalofNursingEducation,-2007,4(4):150.
