摘要：为解决600吨级低偏析高纯净特大合金钢锭极限制造技术难题，研究开发出了超低磷粗炼钢水及钢
包炉高纯钢水冶炼、钢包炉衬寿命提高与优化、四炉合浇高寿命水口、大钢锭成分偏析控制 、浇注温度梯度化精
确控制、特大型钢锭凝固数值模拟及锭型设计、防粘模脱模等多项关键技术，在国内率先制造成功了600吨级
低偏析高纯净特大合金钢锭，并形成批量生产。现已用特大钢锭成功锻制出了6件 1100MW核电半速转子交
用户使用。
