浅析“反规划”理论在镇总体规划中的应用 　　摘要：反规划理论是城市规划领域中的一个重要研究方向，强调通过优先进行非建设区域的控制，来实现城市空间规划。本文通过介绍反规划理论及其价值，结合茂林镇上一版镇总体规划现状及其问题，提出将反规划理论引入新一轮的镇总体规划中去，从而提高生态空间规划和土地利用规划的合理性。 　　关键词：反规划理论；镇总体规划；土地利用规划 　　Abstract: the planning theory in the field of urban planning is an important research direction, on the construction of regional priority control, to realize the city space planning. The article introduces the planning theory and its value, combined with a partial town town planning status and version problems, this paper puts forward the planning theory into a new round to the town planning, so as to improve t
