东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号：131055006252002 奶牛产后瘫痪的综合防治 Integrated control of dairy cow postpartum paralysis 学生姓名： 指导教师： 所在院系：网络教育学院 所学专业：动物医学 研究方向：临床兽医学 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国?哈尔滨 2015年3月摘 要 奶牛产后瘫痪症，属于家畜产科疾病的范畴，目前在我区奶牛养殖场时有发生，也是兽医临床上较难治疗的一种常见病，若不及时治疗可造成淘汰，给养殖户带来很大经济损失。本文通过对两例典型奶牛产后瘫痪的诊断治疗，根据其发病原因，发病的特点以及临床症状，采取了中西医结合的治疗方法。结果表明：对于产后瘫痪治疗的方法应该依据奶牛的病情确定。并且，作者认为对于产后瘫痪的治疗，采用中西医相结合标本兼治的治疗方法，效果最好。 牛产后瘫痪是奶牛养殖业常见的疾病之一，发病原因比较复杂，搞好防治是关键。奶牛的产前产后瘫痪均属营养不良性代谢疾病，主要是饲养管理不当，营养贫乏和代谢紊乱所致。要早发现，早治疗，若延误病程，可造成严重的经济损失。本文从日粮因素、泌乳因素、年龄因素、大脑皮质抑制、内分泌调节等角度进行对该病的发生原因比较全面的综述，介绍了典型病例和非典型病例，并提出了药物疗法、送风疗法、注乳疗法等治疗方法和预防措施，最后告诉我们关于奶牛产后瘫痪的一些心得体会。 关键词：奶牛 产后瘫痪 诊疗 预防 Abstract Cows postpartum paralysis, belongs to the category of livestock obstetric disease, at present in our district dairy farms, also is a kind of common disease of veterinary clinical is more difficult to treat, if not eliminate, timely treatment can cause brings to the farmers large economic loss.This article through diagnosis , treatment and clinic symptom to two typical illness puerperal paraplegia of cow based on disease cause and characteristic implemented the treatment method that combines traditional Chinese and western medicine. The result shows : the therapeutical method of puerperal paraplegia illness should confirm according to the condition of the cow. For this reason, author think to the method of the puerperal paraplegia treatment should combine together treatment method that treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease with traditional Chinese and western medicine to adopt, the result is the best.
