阐述建筑工程路桥项目施工管理 　　摘要:本文论述了当前路桥项目管理的基本现状,分析了路桥施工项目管理中存在的一些问题并提出相应的改进方法和建议,结合笔者多年的工作经验,为探索路桥施工项目管理发展的新方向提供一些参考。 　　关键词:现场管理;施工管理;路桥施工 　　Abstract: This paper discusses the basic present situation of road and bridge project management, analyzes some problems existing in road and bridge management of construction project and put forward the improvement methods and suggestions, combined with the authors many years of work experience, to provide some reference for the new direction to explore the development of road and bridge construction project management. 　　Keywords: site management; constructi
