高层建筑地下室防水施工要点分析 　　摘要：目前在我国城市的基建项目中，随着施工技术的发展，地下工程的数量及面积较以前有了明显的增加。很多的房地产公司为了提高土地的利用率，所建的高层建筑均将地下室作为停车场或人防工程。地下室防水工程的好坏不仅影响建筑物的使用年限，也对人居环境的质量起着极其重要的作用。本文结合实际对如何做好高层建筑地下室的防水工程施工及质量控制提出几点相应的措施。 　　关键词：高层建筑；防水施工；控制措施 　　Abstract: Basement waterproofing works not only affects the useful life of buildings, the quality of living environment plays an extremely important role.
