All present participated in the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken by Secretary Klopchin and a quorum was announced. The minutes from 2 February were reviewed. Mr. Cotrel made the motion to accept the minutes as written; seconded by Captain Cruickshank. By majority vote, the minutes were approved. Topic Discussion Action Report from the President Introductions Awards and Recognition H804 Colonel Krawczyk welcomed guests and visitors. President Krawczyk announced the resignation of General Robert Carter from the Board. He introduced Ms. Janet Osmer and Mr. Wes Mook, newly appointed Trustees. Two (2) employees were recognized for their 20+ years of service. Bill MacMillan, Social Services, was presented with a Challenge Coin. Sean Trombley was also presented with a Challenge Coin for his winning essay on “What Fulfilling the Promise Means to Me”. Jennie LaBrake and Barbara Reilly were recognized for coming during vacation when Survey was present. (See report). Linda Bermudez, Melissa Currier and Michelle Johnson were recognized for their volunteerism at many functions held at the Home. Patrick McArdle, Rutland Herald journalist, was thanked for the coverage he provided and his attendance at the meetings. No testimony was given during the
