吉林大学珠海学院 毕 业 论 文 医药行业的供应链金融模式研究 ——以深圳市中联大药房有限公司为例 系 别：物流与信息管理系 专 业：物流管理 姓 名：张一 学 号指导教师姓名、职称：张滨、教授 完成日期 2019 年 4 月 20 日 摘要 医药行业是一个社会问题,是社会稳定和经济发展的重要产业。占90%以上的中小企业主要原材料供应商或下游药品分销商,这些医药公司在早期阶段,内源性融资无法满足其资本的需求,和这样的公司一般不符合上市条件,不能从资本市场基金、私人贷款很多缺点不能从根本上解决中小型医药企业的融资困难。商业银行信贷融资的主要方式仍然是外部融资,但由于中小医药企业本身的局限性和银行信贷市场机制不完善,大多数中小医药企业很难从商业银行获得贷款。医药企业融资困难的问题已经成为了其发展重要的因素。在医药企业和医药行业的发展当中,政府的政策支持中小医药企业,银行也不断改善服务,但是中小医药企业融资困难的问题没有被破解。解决中小医药企业的融资困难,和学者们分析了中小医药企业融资困难的问题是关键，本文从不同的角度,提出许多重要措施,其中之一是供应链融资模式。借助供应链融资业务,供应链核心企业的信用放大,中小医药企业的信用评级得到提升,融资能力得到不断加强,解决融资困难的问题。本文以深圳市中联大药房有限公司为例研究了医药行业的供应链金融模式。 关键词：医药行业；企业；产业链；供应链；金融 Abstract The pharmaceutical industry is a problem, an important industry for social stability and economic development for the main raw material suppliers or downstream drug distributor of more than 90% small and medium enterprises, the Medicines Co in the early stage, endogenous financing cant satisfy the capital demand, and such companies generally do not meet the conditions for listing, not from the capital market funds, private lending many shortcomings can not solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise fundamentally. The main way of commercial bank credit financing is still small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise external financing, but because of the credit market mechanism limitation and bank small and medium-sized harmaceutical enterprise itself is not perfect, the majority of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise is very difficult to obtain loans from commercial banks.
