摘 要 自上世纪八十年代，中国恢复人寿保险业务经营，寿险业经历了突飞猛进的发展， 2010年全年寿险业实现保费收入1.0632万亿元，保险密度人均112美元，保险深度3.4%，寿险企业达到156家。中国保险业保费收入位列全球第七位，保险行业逐渐成为国民经济发展的生力军。在推动寿险业发展的背后，寿险营销人员起到了积极的推动作用。然而现行的营销员代理制度在运行中出现了一系列的问题，这些问题关系到营销员的切身利益，关系到寿险业的长期发展，关系到社会的和谐稳定。本文从保险代理理论出发，纵观世界发达国家和地区的保险代理人制度，结合我国现行的营销员代理制度，分析我国寿险营销代理制度存在的缺陷，最后提出了完善中国保险代理制度内容和实施机制的对策。 关键词:保险代理人；营销员；法律地位；法律责任 ABSTRACT State-owned enterprises in our countrys national economy， occupies an important position in the Chinese economy is the important pillar of state-owned enterprises， the perfect governance structure of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China has been one of the problem.
