土地管理空间数据知识与规则体系框架研究 舒飞跃1,2, 闾国年1,陆婧1 (1.南京师范大学虚拟地理环境教育部重点实验室，江苏 南京 210046; 2.江苏省国土资源信息中心，江苏 南京 210029) 摘 要：研究目的：通过对空间数据的知识和规则归类，研究土地管理空间数据知识与规则体系框架模型，为解决土地管理空间数据的共享、应用探索一条可行途径。主要方法：借鉴知识工程的基于领域知识解决数据共享、软件重用等问题的理论与方法，采取比较研究的方法，对比研究 GIS一般领域和土地管理领域的知识与规则的相关理论，完成研究目标。研究结果：本文提出了新的空间数据分类方法以及空间数据知识和规则体系的一般框架和挖掘路线，建立了一个新的土地管理空间知识体系框架。研究结论：按照知识工程的理论技术，可以建立合理的土地管理空间数据知识和规则体系框架，为从数据层解决土地管理空间数据的共享、应用提供解决方案和实证。 关键词：土地管理、空间数据、知识与规则、体系框架 中图分类号： 文献标识码： 文章编号： Land Management Spatial Data systems Framework of knowledge and rules Research Shu Fei Yue 1,2, Lu Guonian 1, Lu jin 1 (1. JiangSu Province Land Resource Information Center,NanJing 210029,China) Abstract: Research objective: Through the knowledge and rules of spatial data classification, research knowledge and land management, spatial data framework model system of rules, in order to solve land management of spatial data sharing, application to explore a feasible way. Main method: Drawing on knowledge engineering based on domain knowledge to solve data sharing, software reuse and other issues of theory and method, take a more studied approach, comparative study of the general area of GIS and land management knowledge and rules related theories to complete the research objectives. Research results: This paper presents a new classification method of spatial data and spatial data systems of knowledge and rules of the general framework and mining routes, the establishment of a new framework for land management, spatial knowledge. Conclusion of the study: In accordance with the theory of knowledge engineering technology, to establish a rational land management, spatial data system framework of knowledge and rules, in order to solve land management from the data layer of spatial data sharing, applications solutions and empirical.
