Using omni directional antenna, the control frame tagged with the routing information can be sensed by the neighboring nodes. Fur thermore, the ACK message send by the upstream node triggersthe CTSonly handshake of the downstream node and, the threeway exchange ( CTS/ DATA/ ACK) is performed.This mechanism lowers the probability of the control message collision in heavy load network. Simulation results demonstrate that w ith various topologies our proposed scheme can outperform IEEE 80211 with throughput and delay betterment.
