对武汉发展基于轨道交通停车换乘的研究与建议详解.docVIP

摘 要 停车换乘系统（park and ride system,简称 PR 系统）是引导小汽车合理使用、缓解中心城区拥堵的有效手段之一，特别是与大运量公交系统的换乘衔接，使得停车换乘系统成为多模式一体化交通的重要组成部分。 本文通过结合武汉建设现状分析对比基于路面公交和基于轨道交通的停车换乘系统的优劣得出武汉应发展基于轨道交通的停车换乘系统，再通过英国牛津、国内的北京和上海三个大城市发展PR系统的案例总结经验与教训，提出对于武汉发展停车换乘系统的建议，建议选址于城市外围，结合轨道交通站点布置，注意保障PR设施的公益性，吸引需求量提高设施使用率等。 关键词：轨道交通；停车换乘系统；公共出行；城市规划 Abstract Park and Ride system (referred to as the PR system)is an effective means to guide the properly use of cars and alleviate the congestion in the city center, especially the converge with the mass transit, making the Park and Ride system becomes an important part of the multimodal integ
