Objective ：Through systematically review and prospective study to compare the clinical curative effect of all kinds of nourishing yin and restraining fire preparations for treating tachyarrhythmia. To evaluate the curative effect of all kinds of nourishing yin and restraining fire preparations for treating tachyarrhythmia. Methods: Comprehensively collecting RCTs （Randomized controlled trials ）of nourishing yin to restrain fire preparations for treating tachyarrhythm- ia .Then select qualified research and assess the methodological quality of inclusive trails by Jadad scale ， analyze and compare related data by Meta-analysis. Prospective study: fall the 60 patients with yin deficiency and fire redundancy tachyarrhythmia into 2 groups(treatment group n=30, control group n=30) randomly. The treatment group takes fumaianshenyin, the control group takes puluopatong. A course of treatment contains 4 weeks. To observe the symptoms, 24h dynamic electrocardiogram, the function of liver and kidney, the routine of blood, urine and dung, and adverse reactions. Results: 8 RCTs were included to test 7 Prescriptions ，one assessed by Jadad scale got 4 points is classified to high-quality article， and others 1 point to low-quality articles.
