乡土建筑遗产保模式研究之一——易地保护模式.pdf

摘 要 乡土建筑遗产是我国历史文化遗产的重要组成部分。随着现代文明的飞速发展， 我国城镇化脚步的加快，很多优秀的乡土建筑遗产已经被“现代化”的小洋楼所取 代，所剩不多的乡土建筑也正面临着巨大的生存威胁。因此，乡土建筑遗产的保护 及其相关问题的研究已经刻不容缓。 常见的乡土建筑遗产保护主要有就地保护、易地保护、整体保护、平移保护、 构件保护和资料保护等几种模式。易地保护模式适用于必须迁建才能保护的建筑和 聚落，易地保护模式能够整合资源，抢救濒临灭亡的建筑，同时也会带来原真性信 息大量丧失的问题。 中国的乡土建筑遗产保护是一个急迫而困惑的课题，这种困惑主要来自于本国 现实与国际准则之间的冲突。目前我国正处于经济建设高速发展的时期，发展与保 护经常发生矛盾与冲突。在此背景之下，对于部分具有历史文化价值的乡土建筑采 取整体搬迁、易地保护的方式加以保护可以说是一条适合我国国情的道路。 本研究对目前国内已经实施的乡土建筑遗产易地保护项目从保护对象的选择、 项目的选址、规划设计、实施情况、旅游开发等多层面进行了分析与比较，对每个 项目的经验与教训进行了总体的评价。 在理论分析和案例研究的基础之上，本研究归纳出一套比较科学合理的易地保 护的操作方式。该方式由前期研究、中期规划实施、后期经营管理三部分组成，共 包括11个操作环节。易地保护项目中只有严格控制每一部分和环节的实施，才能确 保项目最终的成功。 关键词：乡土建筑遗产 易地保护 搬迁 复建 I Abstract Vernacular Architecture heritage is an important part of historical and cultural heritage in China . With the rapid development of modern civilization, many outstanding local architectural heritage has been replaced bymodernization of small houses which are so called foreign-style, and the little native architecture also is facing great threats to survival. Therefore, the vernacular architecture conservation and related issues need to be studied at stake. Vernacular Architecture heritage conservation mainly include in situ conservation, ex situ conservation, and overall conservation and translation protection, data protection, elements protection and etc. Relocation conservation mode is suitable for the building and the settlement which must only be removed from it if this is the sole means of ensuring their preservation. Ex situ conservation mode can conform social resources, rescue the construction which borders on perishes, and simultaneously also can bring a lot of information loss of authenticity.
