胥溪五堰兴废及其社会经济影响研究（1368-1912） 中文摘要 胥溪五堰兴废及其社会经济影响研究（1368-1912） 中文提要 本文以胥溪五堰兴废为主要研究对象，重点讨论围绕胥溪五堰兴废所带来的上下 游水利纷争及其社会经济影响问题。文章主要运用水利社会学相关理论，采用历史文 献学研究方法，试图对胥溪五堰兴废，及其所带来的社会、经济发展演变问题进行分 析。认为胥溪五堰作为太湖上游的重要水利工程，尤其是明代中期增筑以后，改变了 古中江水流方向，由此给上下游地区带来了一系列的边界、赋税、商路变迁等问题； 揭示了在胥溪五堰兴废背后存在着复杂的地方与国家、地方与地方、地方内部之间利 益之争。 关键词： 胥溪五堰 中江沿革 水利纷争 社会经济影响 作 者：程宇铮 指导教师：余同元 教授 I Building or Destroying of Five Weirs and its Social and Economic Effects Study （1368-1912） Abstract This article selects the XuXi five weirs’ building or destroying as the main research object. It emphasizes on the disputes bring by the XuXi five weirs’building or destroying bettwen the upstream and downstream and it s social and economic effects. The research theory of Water conservancy Sociology and the study method of historical documentation has been used in the article,whose purpose is analyzing the social and economic effects caused by the XuXi five weirs’building or destroying. The thesis holds that the XuXi five weirs as an important water conservancy project in the inflow area of Taihu Lake,especially during the middle of ming dynasty the XuXi five weirs had been constructed which forced the palaeo-Zhongjiang River to flow into the Yangtze River by way of Wuhu.This change bring lots of problems on boundary,tax and the changes of trade route and so on. What ’s more,the article reveals that there was sophisticated struggling for benefits between the district and the nation, districts and districts, the internal of district.
