高性能心电放大器的硬件设计 摘 要 本硬件电路设计主要用于实现心电信号放大与调理。心电放大器主要由前置级、光电耦合级、后级放大滤波电路和50HZ陷波器等四部分组成。从体表获得心电信号后，通过心电导联输入心电放大器。心电信号首先经过前置放大器放大。为了提高前置放大器的共模抑制效果，前置放大器采用了右腿驱动技术及屏蔽驱动技术。为防止过高电压、电流对人体及仪器造成危害，在前放的两输入端设置了保护电路。 前置级和后级放大滤波级之间设置有隔离级，整个隔离级采用了浮地形式和光电耦合隔离技术，这一级的设置实现了人体与电气的隔离，不但保障了人体的绝对安全，而且消除了地线中的干扰电流。信号经过隔离后进入后级滤波放大电路，滤除高频干扰后，再经一个50Hz陷波器进一步抑制工频的干扰。 实验结果表明，以LM358型运放构成的前置放大器、一阶有源高通、二阶有源低通滤波器和光电耦合器为主要部件的高性能心电放大器可实现输出电压高增益、低噪声、高灵敏度、保证心电信号清晰稳定、满足临床监护以及病理分析的要求。 关键词 心电放大器，前置放大器，光电耦合器，带通滤波器，带阻滤波器 The hardware design of High-performance power Electrocardiogram Amplifier(ECG) Abstract The hardware circuit design primarily for the achievement of heart electrical signal enlarged and management. Electrocardiogram Amplifier (ECG) is primarily made up of preamplifier, PV coupling class, band-pass filter and back amplifier circuit and a 50Hz noise rejector. The electrical signal which is obtained from the skin surface imported heart amplifier via the electrocardiac lead. The heart electrical signal is firstly enlarged by the preamplifier.In order to enhance the total modules contain ,the preamplifier used right leg drive driven technologies and shielding technology . To prevent excessive voltage and current from harming to the human body and equipment, the protection circuits are setted before the preamplifier. There is seclusion circuit between the preamplifier and band-pass filter and back amplifier circuit. The seclusion class adopts a floating ground forms and PV coupling separation technology. This level separate the human body and electrical. Not only absolute guarantee human security, but eliminate the interference of the earth currents. After separated, the signal imports band-pass filter and back amplifier circuit in order to separate high-frequency interfere, and then through a 50Hz noise rejectorfinally to separate industrial frequency.
